Do TENTS INCLUDE SETUP?
Any tents over 20’x30’ includes setup. Smaller tents are intended for the client to setup.
IF I ORDER A TENT DO YOU SET IT UP THE DAY OF MY EVENT?
No. Due to the crazy Kansas weather we keep an eye on the forecast the week leading up to the event. We will work with you to determine a time where the weather will cooperate (winds can play a big issue in the setup of tents) and set the tent up in advance. You will not be charged for extra days.
If same day setup and breakdown is needed, please let us know and we will work with your schedule.
What SURFACE CAN THE TENT BE SETUP ON?
This is very important to consider when ordering a tent. All of our tents larger than a 20’x30’ tent must be placed on a soft surface. A soft surface is grass, gravel, dirty or any surface a stake can be staked into the ground. Our larger tents are pole tents and cannot be setup on cement or hard surfaces.
OTher than the tent, what items could I need?
Additional items to consider when renting a tent include, lighting, generators, heaters, dance floor, tables, chairs, sidewalls and portable bathrooms.
Do you have a minimum order for tents?
There is no minimum order for 10’x10’, 10’x20’, and 20’x30’ tents. The 40’x40’ and 40’x60’ tent require a $2500 minimum order.
I have no idea what size tent I need, Can you help?
We can offer suggestions, but we rely on you, the customer, to ultimately do the research and choose which tent you think is best for your event. Everyone has different expectations and tent needs so we do not guarantee sizes. You will find many online tent size calculators we encourage you to use.
